Classic Chicken Parmesan
- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bread chicken: dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until golden, 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place in baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Garlic Butter Chicken Parmesan
- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
- Pan-fry in melted butter until golden.
- Place in baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Spicy Chicken Parmesan
- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup spicy marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until golden.
- Place in baking dish, top with spicy marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Pesto Chicken Parmesan

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bread chicken with egg, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until golden.
- Place in baking dish, top with pesto, marinara, and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Healthy Baked Chicken Parmesan
- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella
- Olive oil spray
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bread chicken with egg, whole wheat breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
- Spray baking dish with olive oil, place chicken inside.
- Top with marinara and part-skim mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
